Uniform Shop 2020 End of Year – Procedures and Policies

The Uniform Shop will be trading fully online indefinitely. As the physical shop

remains closed, we are not offering any uniform fittings until further notice. For

School Holidays – Temporary Closure and Fulfilment of Orders 

The Uniform Shop and Online Uniform Shop will not be operating during the upcoming school holidays. Please take note that the cut off for fulfilment of online orders will be 10 pm, 13 December 2020 after which the shop will close for the staff to have a well-deserved break to come back strong and rested for 2021. As the school undergoes redevelopment in 2021, it is highly encouraged to check through the uniforms your child(ren) may require and are familiar with the sizing, please proactively place the necessary orders following the usual process. We will endeavour to have the orders delivered to the child’s classroom in the last week of school (Week 10).

To allow for ordering of uniform items before Day 1 of Term 1 2021, the Online Uniform Shop will open on 15 January 2021,  however, any orders placed will NOT be dispatched until the start of Term 1 2021, beginning Friday 29 January 2021.

Pickup of Online Orders

For those that have placed their online orders and nominated a pickup at the Pacific Highway entrance, please note that we will be meeting for pickups only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the Pacific Highway entrance to the school building. There are still many orders waiting to be picked up, we would urge you to pick them up before we close for the year on Wednesday 16 December 2020.

Due to the redevelopment of the school, during the school holidays, the Uniform Shop stock will have to be packed up and stored possibly off-site and as such, for the online orders that have not been picked up, we are not able to guarantee that your orders will be securely available after we close. We will be sending out reminder emails and SMS messages in the week so please come by to pick up your orders.

School Holidays 2020 – Extended Returns

Any Uniform Shop items purchased online from 1 December 2020 until 13 December 2020 can be returned via our refunds policy until 5 February 2021 subject to our regular returns policy. Returns policy can be found on https://chatswoodpublicpandc.org.au/shop/policies/

Dear Parents and Carers,

As per the school’s directions and guidance from the Department of Education, the Uniform Shop including the Online Shop will remain closed due to the NSW Government’s stay at home orders being extended. We know these orders are in place to keep our students, staff and community safe.


As such, all orders received will be kept on hold until such time as we can reopen. Once we get further guidance from the school, we will advise on how your orders can be collected.
